License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Loop Remote on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, redistribute, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. Don't use Loop Remote to interfere with devices you do not own or have permission to control.
Third-party services
Loop Remote works with Apple TV and uses Apple's frameworks to do so. Apple TV, tvOS, AirPlay and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Loop Remote is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
Updates
We ship updates regularly to add features and fix bugs. Some updates may change or remove functionality. We may discontinue features that are no longer maintainable.
Disclaimer
Loop Remote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Loop Remote at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loop Remote's publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
